It is of course possible that products ordered by you do not fit or are simply different than expected. A product can also have a defect. Read here what to do!
Returning an Order
Do you want to return an order? For the best possible handling, we have drawn up the following conditions:
1 According to the Distance Selling Act, you have 14 days to change your mind after receiving the item. In these 14 days you have the time to consider whether or not you want to keep the order. Are you unable to return the item within 14 days? Contact us and we will solve this together.
2 The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. The costs for a return are € 6.95 in the case of a standard package. The return is at the risk of the customer. You can do this insured if necessary. In any case, ask for proof of shipment.
Returning an item in the store is also possible and this is of course free.
Did you receive a wrong or damaged item? Please contact us about a return shipment. We are happy to solve an error on our part as best as possible!
3 You may return your item by filling in the return form which you will find in your order or which you can download at the bottom of this page. Items can be returned to the following postal address:

4 We will refund your money to your account within 14 days of registering your return (Note: This does not include the return costs, see point 2) For the refund, we use the same payment method that you used to pay for the item.
5 We reserve the right to hold you liable for any loss in value of the item that arises because you use the item in a different way than you would in the store. There may therefore be costs associated with this for you as a consumer.
We recommend that you use the products sparingly. That always prevents problems!
6 As soon as the return shipment is delivered to us, we will get to work for you. If all conditions are met, the amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after the withdrawal. If things are not right, we will contact you.
